This piece embodies when working on clearing your suppressed stress, how emotions can surface and cause a reaction within the body, whereby your tear ducts release.

Being present in the moment and allowing the cleansing to happen and the tears to fall, is one of the healthiest gifts to give yourself. Sometimes, this process will bring a change of textures and colours. I just remind myself to breathe and move forward.
